Aromas of big lemon, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, mint, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy pale golden straw color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Overall I think I am going to give Frosty a soild 4 out of 5. ![]() The mouth feel is Bold, Rich, Sweet, Clean, Smooth and Refreshing. This brew would go nice on a hot summer day, or with lunch. This brew has a super nice balance to it, there is nothing overpowering about this brew. Lots of sweetness from the line an tangerine mixed with grians and malts. Now for the taste, it is Bold with flavors. The hops are there but light, not saying that is bad thing. Tbe smell is Rich with citrus fruits sweetness mixed with mild grains and malts. There is also a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The color is a light hazy amber color with the an ice white head. ![]() Frosty brewed by Market Garden Brewery, with an ABV of 5.50% This Belgian Witbier pours out of a 12oz can into a pint beer.
